I just took this, at 4:45 pm. It is cold, and wet, and slippery....and it is just beginning!!! I miss the California sunshine, and I hate that my sister wore a tank top yesterday in Santa Cruz while I am wearing thermals and fleeces and boots and gloves and hats! Oh well...I should try to enjoy it while we are here. I guess if I had 4-wheel drive I wouldn't care so much...but it is stressful having to live a normal life, and worrying about getting stuck or sliding off the road. Hopefully it won't be as bad as last year!
I'm not looking forward to the slick snow in Rexburg... luckily we haven't really had any yet... but hopefully our poor little sedan can survive another Rexburg winter. I totally understand where you're coming from! Hope all is well, can't wait to see you in 2 weeks!
ReplyDeleteIt looks so beautiful! I would never last in winter weather like that. I'm not going to lie I love the California weather, it's just another reason for you to visit California often when you need some sunshine :)
